Orders placed on Koffynex are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship across India using third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are 7–10 business days for all locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. Any free shipping promotions are applicable only when explicitly stated on the website.

Once shipped, tracking details are shared with the customer. Koffynex is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
